(Middle) 'Red New Years' Dumped on New Year's Eve. She stands in a gay bar at midnight in
Boystown. Best friend with his partner in back ground laughing and drinking the night away.
(Right) 'Girls Night Tini' - sold. A three-headed monster or an uncontrollable mix of lipstick, egos,
botox, and beauty?
(Left) 'Tipsy Martini' - sold. When I developed this piece I pictured Reba Maccintire after one too many Cosmos.
(Middle Left) 'Bad Date' - Apple tinis in D.C. on a spring afternoon. She stares off in the distance as he chuckles
at his witty comments. Let's order another round.
(Middle Right) 'Boystown Martini' - Lakeview East, to locals known as Boystown. One of the most fabulous spots
in the United States. He sips his 'tini out of the corner of his eye scoping the scene on a Saturday afternoon
perhaps at Cocktails or Roscoe's. Sneer on his face, perfect hair, high cheekbones.
(Right) 'Dinner for One' - Feeling almost naked, seated at a table, dinner for one. At least I still have my high
heels on and my new purse.
(Left) 'Reunion Martini' - Another reunion. Familiar faces. Forgotten names. Thank god there is an open bar.
(Middle Left) 'Martini Mama' - The original martini painting that started it all. Currently she resides in Maryland.
(Middle Right) 'Mascara Martini' - Scowling with half-opened eyes. She leans in the corner of the bar, propped
up by hopes of what the night will bring.
(Right) 'Beauty in the Breakdown' - woke up one morning, inspired. Played this Shins song on repeat until I
finished the painting.
(Left) 'Tim Burton Tini' - The dress I want to wear. The size drink I want to drink. Tim Burton inspired martini
woman with her pug pal, dressed in a bow tie, out on the town.
(Middle) 'Renewable Energy' - A bartender? A super hero? Both. She inspires conversation, connects people,
prevents others from connecting. The social puppeteer with spirits in hand.
(Right) 'Jester Tini' - sometimes it takes several cocktails to get to a moment in time.
